What's PMS-ing?

Hello reader!

Caution right away, this is strictly matured content, and language.

Okay! According to Google, PMS-ing means Premenstrual syndrome refers to emotional and physical symptoms that regularly occur in the one to two weeks before a woman's period. Symptoms often vary between women and resolve around the start of bleeding.

Let me clarify why women PMS, so basically if there's a sponge soaked in water, u squeeze that to drip those water out, that means if there's some force applied on it, it lets out water.
Similarly! the ovary has ovules and they have to come out in every 28-35days. All this pressure or force applied is done automatically by the body so that the spine hurts so much!

Here's why you have to know this, one big reason is some people see this as a disease and others as if its some mental issue of a woman that they have to handle themselves. If your a guy reading this, know that! this is as usual as your scrotum hair itches in public and you feel uncomfortable for a minute. Well, that's for a minute and PMS for a woman lasts for days. Since this is all the physical pain we've talked about, let know why emotional??!?

Time for a short story:

While every child rushes to school before 8:40 to avoid being late punishment there was a 13-year-old girl Amrutha, who rushed to school without having her breakfast and was feeling a little dizzy. As the 10 o'clock break comes, she refuses to play with her friends on the corridor. Right after the break is done when everybody if getting to their lab there was this boy Krishna who giggles at her looking at her white skirt. Pointing a finger towards it, his friends join him to give a burst of loud laughter. By the time Amrutha realizes 'who are they laughing at?' there comes a student from another class asking their teacher to send Amrutha to the principal room. She's so much worried now. Her mother sees her from far and gives a smile, seeing her confused face, her mother ger closer and whispers: "I'm here to take you home." On the way back home, she insists her mother about her sickness this morning, and that her class boys laughed for no reason pointing towards her. Amrutha's mother stays silent until they reach home. After they reach home, Amrutha freaks out shouting "Mammmmaaaaaa" from her restroom.
Trying to cool her down, Amrutha's mother explains...
"Congrats beta! You're a woman now. There's no need to worry looking at blood. This is your first menstrual cycle. And I am happy that I'm with you right now. You know what! The giddiness you felt this morning is your friend, it comes to you once in a month from now. And you're going to get stronger every time to face it. Those boys who laughed pointing towards you this morning are 'MORONS' they can never be men. I saw the bloodstains in your nightdress this morning, that's why I came to pick u up. So, to let out that pain you're going through let's have a chocolate ice cream!!!"

-- Story ends.

And that's when wonders happen..! When one woman helps the other.
Women go through a lot of stress during their menstrual cycle and PMS is just a trailer!
Periods are neither sin nor impure. They are natural and supposed to be respected.
Let's pledge to break the silence and raise awareness about menstrual hygiene because it is as essential as washing your hands is.

KUDOS TO STRONG WOMEN OUT THERE BESTOWED TO BLEED TO WITH GRACE.
